Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I started to use it to manage the Africa region. I then got my assistant to start using it. Now the entire export division is starting to use it. It helps us manage the many tasks and align those tasks to people, countries, etc.

  • Brings structure and clarity
  • Allows real-time oversight
  • More basic training
  • Perhaps a help bot?
  • Better the ability to read files and possibly update them on the platform
  • Saves me time. At least 2 hours per day.
It is useable, but more basic training and better promotion of integration possibilities are required.
I always got help when I needed it and was quick and reliable.
It always works. So I am 100% satisfied with it as my WMS.

It is suited to most tasks. I am not certain where it is less suited because it does what I need. However, some people's minds don't work in the same way as mine does, and monday.com can be seen as complicated to them. Especially my "old school" colleagues. But hey, dinosaurs are now extinct.
