Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use this as a project management tool for our outdoor kitchen construction projects. We also use it for coordinating and managing deliveries and service calls. Our company has also recently begun using it for marketing purposes/management. The ability to get up-to-date information in real-time to all of our employees out in the field is crucial. It allows everyone to be on the same page and know what is going on day-to-day across different departments. Now that we've been using this program, I'm not sure how we were managing these things without it.

- Integration with Outlook Calendar, the way it now integrates with Google Calendar
- Different types of files supported. It would be helpful to attach .msg files.
- Time savings
- Allows our employees to self-help with information
- Keeps our projects organized and removes some room for human error
Everything works as designed. Sometimes there is a lag for the maps to load, but it can usually be fixed by restarting the browser or refreshing. The one thing I would like to see improved is the mobile app. It is reliable and easy to use, but it is not very easy to see everything without scrolling. Perhaps that problem lies with how much information we have on there.
