Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We were using monday.com to use as a management software to make a plan to check projects, usually company is a QoS of several agencies of coding. We were looking forward to a project management software to aid our work, just to make it more organized, we found monday.com due to an Internet adv. We were using monday.com because it was single, and very organized. We can make a team inside the environment, giving a user for our colleagues, to break the work in a sustainable way. For small projects it is a powerful tool, we organize tasks according to each project.

Pros and Cons

Organizing task into projects.
Establish flags for each task as a critical or minority low task.
APP for smart phones make it easier way to organize your work.

The good: its very easy to use, nothing complicated, you can sign in and start to use, has some kind of training in the begining top show you how to use it, and its very easy.
The Bad: maybe for huge projects could be hard, it depends on the experience of the Scrum Master or the PM to handle it.
The beauty: the environment is very nice when you start to use it, with colors and tags, it's like when you put some post-its on your physical chart.

Return on Investment

Positive: ROI is very fast.
Positive: To add members on the team.
Negative: doesn't have.

Usability

Because for our needs it's very easy to use, but for this, you have to be an Agile Enterprise. I think it will not work for another kind of enterprise, we are a small agency that implies the Quality Assurance of the projects, and sometimes we take part in the start of the projects, only, so we use this to delegate tasks to our members to accomplish our work, for other agencies. So for this, we have the right tool, maybe we will test another tool in the future, but now this tool works for us.

Support Rating

We don't use customer support for now, we didn't discover any kind of issues in the app, but we think if we have one, they will response very fast to give us a solution. The reason why i give this rate its because we think they will respond very fast.

Reliability & Availability

We are a small business agency, helping other companies in the kick-off of the projects and in the stage of the quality assurances of the projects, we can organize the tasks for several members of the team, establishing dependencies of the task and priorities, we want to express that this tool helps us to organize the projects, not to make fast steps on the tasks, but making the better organization of the task, the fast the roadmap will accomplish.

We start to use monday.com to organize story users for some projects, was very easy to organize the project with this app, we delegate the tasks to 4 members of our staff, and each one has to complete each part of the task delegated to them. We are a small agency, so we will use it for another project, but will be a small project, I hope it would be easy to use as the latest one.
