Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We add tasks for every team (marketing, sales, design) and deadlines for their realizations. This way, we are able to have a good overview of what's "on the table" for each team and see the final outcome as well. Great for tracking the progress!
  • Separate Boards for each team.
  • Progress tracking (idea, in progress, completed).
  • Adding/attaching files to each tasks.
  • Inviting other team members to collaborate.
  • An option to "Duplicate Boards" to other teams.
  • An option to have more than 2 goals per task.
  • Too early to judge, we have only been using it for 2-3 months.
It is very intuitive indeed.
Have never contacted monday.com customer support, there was no need.
