Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for our sales team. Each sales manager has the ability to highlight their own vendor and client updates. The application seems to work well for client management including pipeline updates, contacts, and financials, due dates, and team management. We initially tried to use it for project management, however, this platform does not allow the users to go into granular details.

Monday.com is aesthetically clean and user-friendly. Very little training is needed to use the monday.com platform. Team members are able to see any updates and add content as appropriate. Multiple projects can have their own page, where each user may or may not have access. The timelines, due dates, financials, and contacts are just a few options added to our columns. Attachments can also be added.
I've not had any issues with the monday.com platform, other than the limited users included in the licensing. I've not tried to contact the customer support system at monday.com.
Monday.com has been an awesome CRM for our Sales Managers. The platform keeps everyone on the team updated with the current client updates and latest pipeline forecasting all in one place. Each team can have their own "file" where they custom build the needs of that team's responsibilities, such as projects, comments, due dates, timelines, and attachments.

Great for sales teams working with a pipeline. This allows others to see the prospect pipeline, sales manager responsible for each client, the financials, due dates, priorities, and timelines. The platform is user-friendly with little need for instruction. If you're looking for a CRM, monday.com is a great platform for your team. If you're looking for a project management tool, I would suggest a different platform.

I give monday.com a "5" when rating the project management capabilities.
monday.com does not go as granular for a true project management tool.
