Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com for our sales team. Each sales manager has the ability to highlight their own vendor and client updates. The application seems to work well for client management including pipeline updates, contacts, and financials, due dates, and team management. We initially tried to use it for project management, however, this platform does not allow the users to go into granular details.

Monday.com has been an awesome CRM for our Sales Managers. The platform keeps everyone on the team updated with the current client updates and latest pipeline forecasting all in one place. Each team can have their own "file" where they custom build the needs of that team's responsibilities, such as projects, comments, due dates, timelines, and attachments.
