Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com for managing Engineering Projects, Lead Generation, Pulse Followups, Sales Budgeting, etc.

Pros

  • sharing files and multimedia
  • importing data
  • integrating tools on demand
  • working with API´s

Cons

  • Allowing adding updates to multiple items at the same time
  • Allowing moving multiple items with a single action to a different group. We use an automation for this currently.
  • Mobile interface does not work pretty well. Images and other files are not displayed sometimes.
  • Time keeping of our projects has been improved
  • We improved on following up on open topics
  • Collaboration and file sharing has helped improving the resources available for evaluating our projects.
The interface is useful and simple but sometimes it is not clear which functions are not available at all and we spend time looking for ways to implement them not knowing if it is possible or not.
We have used online support only.

Managing a lot of data in a visual way for multiple users that don´t necessarily have the technical expertise to work on managing the platform.
