Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use [monday.com] for managing all of our workflows, both client-facing and otherwise. We also store all [the] client data in [monday.com] as well.

  • Wide range of features
  • Tough initial learning curve, lots of setup time and time training staff
  • Not built for our industry, so doesn't connect with some external tools that we'd like it to
  • No phone support, only email
  • Gmail integration could be more complete
  • Huge increase in reliability of our workflows
  • Nearly all business info tracked in one place
  • Allows for good communication right within context of a workflow, rather than scattering across email/Slack/meeting notes/Dropbox/etc
  • Dashboards allow for better monitoring of key metrics
[monday.com is an] extremely flexible tool that can be used for nearly any purpose for nearly any kind of team but required a big initial investment to set things up in a way that work[ed] for our situation. Once everything is set up it's easy to use on a day-to-day basis.
Email support has been helpful and reasonably prompt but [monday.com doesn't] offer any phone support so sometimes it's been tough to find solutions to more complicated issues. The product documentation and knowledge base information are very thorough, and there's also a great community of [monday.com] users who help each other answer questions.
[monday.com is] extremely reliable. We've had no issues. [It's] easy to access on multiple platforms.

[monday.com] is great for tracking large amounts of data covering every area of our business. We use [monday.com] for managing workflows that involve multiple steps completed by multiple people over varying timeframes, and everything has come together very nicely to make us more productive [and] effective. We also keep client meeting notes in [monday.com].
