We use [monday.com] for managing all of our workflows, both client-facing and otherwise. We also store all [the] client data in [monday.com] as well.
- Extremely flexible
- Great documentation/knowledge base
- Wide range of features
- Tough initial learning curve, lots of setup time and time training staff
- Not built for our industry, so doesn't connect with some external tools that we'd like it to
- No phone support, only email
- Gmail integration could be more complete
- Huge increase in reliability of our workflows
- Nearly all business info tracked in one place
- Allows for good communication right within context of a workflow, rather than scattering across email/Slack/meeting notes/Dropbox/etc
- Dashboards allow for better monitoring of key metrics
[monday.com is] extremely reliable. We've had no issues. [It's] easy to access on multiple platforms.
