Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it to track internal tasks, workflow, incoming client requests, client campaigns, staffing, etc.
- Organize short lists of data.
- Allow communication on specific pieces of data.
- Project Management.
- Workflow.
- Data Storage.
- Linking and mirroring data to multiple places.
- Formulas/functions.
- Dashboards are [in my opinion] slow and difficult to work in.
- Monday.com miscounted the number of automation we used, charged us for an overage that did not actually occur, and convinced us to upgrade to a package we did not need because of their error.
- Tracking tasks, to-dos and personal time management is incredibly helpful.
Monday.com can be incredibly slow and the dynamic features are not the most useful when they cannot be used as quickly as they are intended to. In addition, issues that arise when mirrored or linked data will not appear greatly slows down workflow and eliminates the benefits of linking and mirroring items.
