Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Monday has tools that break products and projects down to specifics. If it does not have a function, the ability to add and expand the utility functions of Monday is immensely useful. When working on big projects, there is not a single bit of information that can be missed if everyone is on board. If you need to assign workload to a member, then pinging them/ assigning them is great as reminders can be also sent to different forms of contact as well. Absolute great system.

Usability

There is a learning curve to the program. I would suggest beginners take on small projects first as there are over 200 templates and often workflows can be confusing.

Personally, we have not had to reach out. The program has been working great since we started using it.

Monday has had little to no issues with the software. The reliability is great and the automation system has not had any bugs.

Monday is the tool for small and large groups working on projects with a lot of moving pieces. Everything can be tracked down to dollar amounts spent. Sub-titles work great in organizing and understanding what is required to move on to the next step. Often, you can see this to be a giant workflow chart. Where this may lack is the user-friendly aspect of it. There is a bit of a learning curve when setting up and getting employees to follow the setups, so I would not advise using this program first on a big project. Start small and gradually increase the steps and moving pieces.
