Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use it mainly for sales to keep the process connected and to ensure that we maintain an effective, accurate and fast turnaround to our clients. We want to role this out to marketing, accounts and production as we get more familiar with the software.

- Having relatable real life examples of how to set monday.com up. As a new user it can be daunting to set up and use it properly and you are constantly concerned about developing a path that takes weeks/months only to find there's a better way.
- The intuitiveness can fall short sometimes. I spent a morning recently trying to find the email settings to update an HTML email signature. I just couldn't see the logic for how you would find it without having someone to guide you sometimes.

Overall it's an effective tool, we are currently experiencing some intermittent issues that have not been solved yet. These issues randomly add or delete data, which is a concern. We are currently in contact with monday.com to try and resolve this.
