Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I mostly use monday.com to keep track of document status in relation to monthly pay apps. I track what I need to sent/have sent, its creation, companies it's been sent to, if they've sent it back, submission status, etc. Each month I have about 60 docs that I need to track between 10-15 pay apps, so it gets confusing to keep it all straight. I don't know what I'd do without my monday.com tables.. it'd be such a mess.

Pros

  • Clear, easy to understand options.
  • Huge variety of options available to organize information.
  • Customization - colors, labels, etc.

Cons

  • I'd like to select multiple boxes to change at once (like with CTRL, maybe).
  • Increased efficiency.
  • At-a-glance info accessibility.
I love monday.com. When I first started looking for a program like it, I signed up for about 6 different ones. As I used them all, I narrowed down based on usability and eliminated the ones that just weren't a good fit. After a couple weeks, my choice was clear and I won't stop raving. I use it every single day, and it never ceases being helpful to me.
I've had to reach out to support just once - to make sure a feature I needed would work the way I needed it to. I chatted with support, and they were able to provide me a solution very quickly and in a way that was easy to understand. Very positive experience, no complaints there.
I've never experienced any downtime with the site.. all features have worked as described and done so quickly.

I actually HAVE recommended monday.com to others, and at least one has actually signed up and uses it! They love it too! I can organize my information the way I need it, and change the structure/labels/colors as required to maximize efficiency. Because there are so many options, I think it's a very flexible option for information.
