Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We implemented monday.com in order to automate our management system and address all HSEQ requirements in advance of attaining ISO certification. We are a small business currently but have taken the decision to purchase a system that will support and grow with us, designing our workspaces and boards to flex and improve as needed.

Pros

  • User friendly
  • Automations to deliver your process steps
  • Great suite of templates

Cons

  • Expansion of the functions column to link with automations
  • An 'out of office' function to transfer your notifications to another user in your absence
  • Greatly reduced the amount of administrative time required to manage process
  • Better reporting functionality, at the click of a button
The templates provide great examples of boards with ready set views, automations, integrations and dashboards. Even if not used in their entirety, they offer good ideas for you to implement.
In my experience the help support has been fast and effective.
In my experience monday.com has been very reliable, we have not experienced any time lagging or issue.

In my experience monday.com is useful in replacing any step driven process, where it can add the benefit of automating flow, notifications, authorisations. It is useful in providing a data entry function using the form to request information that can then land in a board and trigger process steps.
