We use monday.com to track projects across our team and communicate on important milestones. It helps keep us organized with lots of client specific needs.

houses deliverables in one spot
keeps communication open
tracks objectives that come out of meeting minutes and allows the user to create meaningful tasks

Cons

there may be some issues when selecting the "ask for an update" feature on the assigned persons task. I see a blank screen when this happens
