Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com as our go to place to record all client projects, either prospect or current, and keep up to date on progress as the projects move through our sales funnel. We also use monday.com as our primary store of client details. Using monday.com has enabled us to overcome the problem of keeping multiple records up to date.

Pros

  • Intuitive functions and layout
  • Easy to navigate
  • Easy to tailor to what the business needs
  • Functionality on mobile as well as desktop

Cons

  • Greater clarity on what app integrations can do for us. Appears somewhat summarised and difficult to make a decision
  • Clearer understanding of sales pipeline
  • Clarity on how team resource is being engaged
  • Identifiable cash pipelines
monday.com is very simple and intuitive to use. I am particularly pleased with the simplicity of the design and use of colour. At the same time monday.com can be tailored to suit our own individual business needs too. Whilst it may sound strange I actually look forward to using monday.com because it is a pleasure to use.
We have needed little support from monday.com but what we have received has been quick and helpful. There are also online resources to assist with questions if needed. I guess the beauty of the system is that many questions are already answered simply by using the system itself. I also like the way it is easy to restore something if one makes an error. This makes for successful "in the moment" learning without the risk.
We have never had an issue with monday.com uptime. The service has always been there when we need it.

monday.com is excellent for maintaining client records. These may need updating at any time by different people in the business. We love how the data can be updated at anytime using different devices. For example, a member of the team may have visited or had dialogue with a client and can update the record or add a new deal there and then without the need to come back to the office and enter the information. There is a sense of real time with monday.com
