Strategic plan and project management
  • Track completion
  • Allows assignment of roles on specific projects to others
  • Easy dashboard
  • Cumbersome to use
  • Overwhelming to initially set up
  • People feel like it is a lot more work
  • Solves the issue of not being able to capture progress
Templates/terminology was overwhelming to set-up.
Have heard good things about the support function, but have not had to use it personally yet.
I like the desktop app - find that a lot more useful than logging into a browser. So far seems to not have usability issues.

Really ideal for project management. Unsure about the donor pipeline management portion as we also need to record donor data in a separate database.
