Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday.com as a workload CRM, General Process management and a sales reporting tool. The problems Monday addressed immediately was the scope in which we can report. its incredibly easy to set the parameters you want to observe, export to PDF or Excel if required. We are constantly innovating other way's to best use Monday, and so far it hasn't let us down.

Its ease of use is astounding, we have older colleagues that can sometimes find it difficult to adapt to a new CRM, they found it incredibly
easy to navigate and input their data.
We couldn't rate the support you get highly enough, we asked for an extension on the free trial due to a issue with the company card and we was granted a 7 day extension! excellent customer service!
We was using Excel sheets before hand, so going from multiple sheets to a platform with everything in one place is just night and day. Honestly couldn't be more pleased.

Being able to link jobs in sales to their twin in project management is a godsend. It allows us to show our peers the full customer journey.
I can't really think of a scenario so far that monday cannot address!
