Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Monday.com keeps our organization's work flow process to be seamless. From initial quoting, to tracking follow ups, to processing orders, logistics all the way to delivery we are constantly aware of status.

Pros

  • Easy navigation throughout all boards
  • Convenience of automation for custom fields
  • Update notifications by alerts within Monday.com as well as emails

Cons

  • I've never used a platform like Monday.com so I don't have good feedback for this
  • Project management simplified
  • Team communication centralized
  • Better project status visibility
Monday.com has useful automated features but I also appreciate the ability to customize features as it pertains to my company.
I haven't had to use customer support as I have been able to use other features for assistance.
Monday.com has increased productivity across the board.

As an Account Manager, it's important for me to keep in constant communication with my clients for updates to their requests and/or orders. I partner with a Procurement Specialist during the quoting process. When new orders are received, a Production Manager and Supply Chain manager become involved. From beginning to end, Monday.com helps to keep the entire process updated with every step for everyone involved.
