Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

It helps us track deadlines and workload across our team as there are many different types of projects moving at once.

Pros

  • The different boards are very easy to use and I like how you can edit them to show the information that you require.
  • Very easy to set up projects and distribute tasks across a team
  • Easy for our team to view everything to encompass the workload of the team as a whole.

Cons

  • I'd like to see more info on a calendar view for certain items. It would be great to view a monthly calendar with all deadlines and items from each project or board detailed that we can download and print out.
  • time savings
  • Meeting minutes and collaboration within our meetings
  • Ease of managing deadlines
I have found Monday.com to be very easy to use and even if there was a function I needed, it was easy to look it up on line and learn how to use it from a tutorial.
Everytime we have reached out to someone at Monday.com for help, they have been very quick to respond.
All of the features that I use the program for have worked quite well to date.

Monday.com has been very user friendly and very easy to use. I have sampled a few different project management programs in the past and the biggest issue was being able to teach it to different demographics and different personalities. I would recommend Monday.com based on the fact that I find it to be very easy for everyone to learn as ultimately, you need your entire team to be using it in order for it to work optimally.
