Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our projects are all unique involving three phases so there is quite a bit of complexity. Monday helps keep us organized and on track.

Pros

  • Ease of use
  • Simple interface
  • The dashboards and work spaces are customizable so you are not limited to static categories.

Cons

  • Some of the templates do not allow you to drag and drop order of columns which is a bit annoying.
  • An option for implementation guidance upon purchase would be helpful to use the right templates for our industry and work flows.
  • Monday.com has saved us about 780 hours a year keeping us on task and helping our engineers stay organized.
  • We have been able to use the time savings realized from this tool for value-adding work and since the interface is simple to use, implementation was quick and easy.
It is the simplest project management suite I have used thus far. When we had some issues with billing due some seats we needed to remove, customer service was prompt and professional. We highly recommend the product for new startups with smaller teams looking to scale their business since it already has every template you can think of to meet your needs which is a real time saver.
We did in fact receive prompt customer within that timeframe rather consistently.
I have not experienced issues with the software itself. I am quite pleased with it and the overall customer service is great.

Monday was also used by my father working in our engineering department who is not very tech-savvy. This is proof positive that Monday.com’s interface is super simple, intuitive, and he said it helped him keep on track.
