Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use Monday's versatile and changeable platform for many different things including work management, CRM, goal setting. It's excellent at work management and pretty good at CRM and goal setting. But it is versatile enough that we like to use a single platform for it all!

Pros

  • Allowing customizable boards
  • Notification and automation settings
  • Built in chat feature is nice and allows me to ask questions and get responses quickly for possible features i'm missing out on or to fix minor errors

Cons

  • i would like more integrations with subitems
  • we are a new company without a history of financial records. but it has helped smooth our work management
there are many interfaces, templates, and trainings which are quite helpful and the videos are easy to follow
i have used their chat feature for customer support many times (>5 times) and gotten good, fast responses
no issues yet!

it is great for work management. i currently haven't figured out a great way to keep track of KPIs in a single dashboard but it can be macgyvered pretty easily
