Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our company specializes in the sale of complex insurance products designed to minimize taxes and maximize charitable giving. Monday.com was implemented to give our team a better way to stay on top of each others project and help us hone in on the specific status of each of these projects at any given time. The templates are easy to build and interact with.

Pros

  • Managing other's TO DO lists
  • Updating the team on project status
  • Ease of building meaningful templates like L-10 Meetings

Cons

  • Continue to build out samples of how others are using program
  • Easy employee buy in
  • More focused meetings
  • Better sense of team accomplishment
Out of the box, employees are quickly able to see the potential of customizing their own to do lists to react exactly as they have managed something before and add that "wish I could track it this way" approach.
Never had to beyond a few basic set up questions. Quick response times and a great help.
Monday.com has always been up and running when we need it. The ability to use this web based product from any computer or mobile device is extremely convenient.

Monday works very well with teams. The ability to update and share a common To DO list is invaluable in keeping projects focused and employees on task. When we all contribute to a project in the same area, it allows us to see where we need additional resources and fix those areas before it effects the whole project timeline.
