Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com to organize every step of the product cycle. From ideation and collaboration, through setting feature releases dates, schedules, debugging & QA. I also use it to pin various customer stories in order to add context to PRDs and future changes. The Gantt tool makes planning so much easier and this feature alone worth the entire subscription.

- I'd love a one seat upgrades instead of users bundles
- sharable dashboards (for non-monday.com users) would be great
- I didn't calculate it, but I'm sure that monday.com helped us save hundreds of hours of wasted planning.
- though it's a bit costly, I believe that the ROI is positive after a month of adoption
A year back monday.com was down for about an hour a day for a couple of weeks. It wasn't pleasant, but since than, I didn't encounter any problems.
