Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com helps all staff communicate about shared projects. It keeps everyone accountable and on the same page. There is no worry that anything will get lost in email. It keeps everyone organized and on task. Its very easy to find what you're looking for, see others' progress, assign tasks, and much more.

Pros

  • Organizes workflows
  • Allows people outside of the organization to collaborate on projects
  • Sends notifications when people are tagged

Cons

  • Stop changing the workspace layout so often
  • The ability to organize your main page would be nice
  • Ease of project mgmt setup
It would have been a 10 but the mobile/app version of it is kind of hard to use.
The overall performance is great. I can't remember any time when there was downtime or something wasn't functioning properly. The overall experience has been fantastic.

I use it for collaborating with other staff on the creation of promotional/marketing materials. We can all weigh in and contribute, and the tagging feature helps people stay accountable.
