Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com to streamline the work our Education & Marketing departments do together. Additionally, we use it in out Education & Community Engagement Department to stay on the same page about the projects we are working on. I love using monday.com, it is so user friendly especially for vaired levels of technical abilities and the app integration is great for when you're not at your desk.

- the automations are relatively easy, but there's always room for improvement in that regard.
- The app could run a little more like the desktop
- Would like the customization for the lables to be able to be more flexible item to item vs. board to board

- easier tracking of projects (no long email chains)
I'm a big fan of monday.com. I have not experienced any significant amount of "downtime" with the platform, which means its available when we're working and helps keep us productive. I've never experienced a feature of the product that didn't work as designed, so all in all it a win for us.
