Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for different purposes, to manage and organize our client's data, and our company information, to organize and connect through other platforms like Zapier, and to move information from and to the tools we use. We keep track of our personal and company tasks, and our clients processes as well.

It is really hard to find a tool that doesn't have an integration with monday.com, and in general, it is pretty easy to make these connections, so definitely it's one of the most valuable features from the platform.
The support team is always willing to help and solve your issues as soon as possible. Their response time is pretty effective, and the support team has a profound knowledge of the platform, which makes it easier to get the answers you were looking for.
monday.com is really one of the most robust work management software in the market. I can't think of anything we haven't been able to solve with it or something we needed, and monday.com didn't have it. It's not only useful and beneficial for us as an organization, but also for the interaction we have with out clients. It makes our lives easier and it's friendly-user design helps us to achieve our goals.

monday.com is a great tool when you are looking for an efficient and organized platform that will allow you to keep on track of all your tasks, manage information, create reports, and keep your team communicated and ahead of everything that's happening within your organization. It's a great tool for marketers as well to organize information from your campaigns and even generate metrics. For me, the only thing missing is a more robust emailing feature to be the all-in-one tool ideal for everyone.
