Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
We use monday.com as project management. It keeps us all organized and we typically use separate boards for each department. We use it to assign tasks so we can see who asked for it, who is assigned for it, what the task is, when it is due, and what it requires.
- The automations are amazing and make our lives so much easier.
- monday.com helps us stay organized with the creation of separate boards.
- I really enjoy the notifications so I can keep track of what is going on with my tasks.
- The little information icon on some of the tasks can make it really hard to read what is written in the box.
- I wish it was easier to write out detailed instructions for tasks in a box.
- I have experienced times where I will create a new task and all of my information has been deleted or disappeared.
- We have improved feedback from clients due to tasks not getting lost in the cracks or in poor communication by using monday.com to keep everything up-to-date.
Overall, monday.com works great. The automations are by far the most useful tool as it can automatically move tasks to the right boards without someone on our team having to manually do it.
