Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use it daily to manage the various communications I'm involved in, including a weekly podcast, monthly newsletter and global communications tracking
Pros
- Ability to easily track the moving parts of my communications
- Automations based on entries save us time
- Easy to keep team members informed
- Colorful interface makes it fun (well, almost) to track tasks
- Ability to export boards to Excel makes it easy to share with non-users
Cons
- Sometimes it's a little "glitchy" but it's not consistent enough to worry about
- I'd like the ability to allow non-users within our company access to boards (it currently only allows for email addresses outside our company...I don't get that)
- I'd like the ability to have different columns for different groups within a board
- It's provided us with an easy to find resource for managing communications
It always seems to be working fine; I've never been affected by any downtime.
