Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our company uses monday.com in a variety of ways. We use it to track and plan work for all of our email campaigns to our partners and consumer audiences. I use it to track and request project work for our loyalty program and our advertising campaigns. This helps our team keep track of due dates, assignments and overall keep our projects running smoothly.

  • The interface recently changed and not notifications are along the top right instead of bottom left, so I am not used to it yet.

monday.com is easy to use! There are many different features, and several team members are expert users. You can easily tag team members, search projects, assign tasks, and more. It has been a game changer in making requests and tracking projects. Additionally, the Forms have been integrated in almost everything we do--from entering requests for projects, to asking for t-shirt sizes, to updating our contact us form on our website.
Our team has a designated Monday.com expert, so we funnel requests to her and she handles everything for us. We've seen improvements in Monday.com from feedback provided, and know that they are always open to improvement. The system is always improving and trying to get better, making it easier for us to do our jobs.
The system is easy to use and everything works properly. I have never run into any issues. We love the program and are always looking for more ways to integrate it in how we run our business.

monday.com has changed the game when it comes to our email communications. We send out several different types of emails to a variety of audiences, but they are all created/written by the same team. We combined them all into one board and automated the process. Now we have a clear calendar of when all our emails are going out, and can clearly see when an outline has been submitted, when it has been assigned to copy, HTML creation, ready for proofing, and ready to send. And everything is clearly assigned so we now what step we are at in the process and who to check in with on the status!
