Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Our company uses monday.com in a variety of ways. We use it to track and plan work for all of our email campaigns to our partners and consumer audiences. I use it to track and request project work for our loyalty program and our advertising campaigns. This helps our team keep track of due dates, assignments and overall keep our projects running smoothly.

- Know who is currently in charge of a project.
- Keep track of due dates/prioritize projects.
- The interface recently changed and not notifications are along the top right instead of bottom left, so I am not used to it yet.

The system is easy to use and everything works properly. I have never run into any issues. We love the program and are always looking for more ways to integrate it in how we run our business.
