Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Tracking projects, utilization, costs and timelines. Use it personally for task tracking and calendar syncing. Also used for mass emails
- Enables upcoming and completed tasks to be linked to projects and synced with calendar widget. Most other apps do not have this functionality
- Great for project management where multiple users are involved over different timespans
- Good for making and recording survey data
- Extending project and item functionality to subitems
- Increasing customization of calendar view - e.g., toggle weekends
- Improving time tracking - current utilization system is not suitable for fully fledged daily time tracking
- Clear overview of KPIs
- Everyone on the same system
- Transparency across the business
I've never personally experienced any downtime and rely on it for both personal work and collaborative work tracking. More reliable than SharePoint in terms of uptime
