Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Been using monday.com for almost 3 years and it's one of my favorite tools when it comes to keeping track of my projects and other work related stuff. I like the wide range of automation that we can use and how versatile it is. I also like how monday.com makes it easy for me and my team to coordinate for our projects and how user-friendly the UI is.

  • Easily connect one group from one board to another
  • Exporting of files via PDF
  • More flexibility on the subitems
  • Can sort one group without affecting the other group within the same board
  • Easier setup
  • Decreased workload
  • Time saving
7 because it's great. But there is still room for improvement. Would love it if we can easily make changes within groups from the same board without it being implemented to other groups
So far, been very happy with the monday.com support team. The last person that I talked to went above and beyond with my concern. Granted that it didnt really solve the issue, but she took my concern seriously and discussed with me possible options that I could take.

monday.com is super easy to use and understand but there are some features that needs to be worked on like exporting reports via pdf where we can still see the images. It's usually just a very basic request but it hasnt been available on monday.com which is a shame. Still, monday.com is easily one of the best softwares to use when it comes to project management.
