Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
I use monday.com primarily as an Applicant Tracking System due to exceptional automation processes. It allows me to efficiently and effectively manage all aspects of the process, and keep my work organised and easy to manage. Outside of my use case, the wider company utilise the product for tracking projects, actions and other details. I would highly recommend monday.com.

- The ability to hide columns from specific team members, and the option stay available on our attached Google Form
- More colour options

- Easy project setup
I have encountered very little downtime during my use of monday.com, and when there has been an outage, it is usually fixed very quickly. There has never been an incident where I have been unable to complete work or been delayed.
