Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Our organization has employees and other contributors outside the organization scattered across the US. monday.com allows us to track progress on projects, assign new tasks and communicate across a diverse set of individuals located across multiple time zones. monday.com also allows us to track individual workloads and evaluate capacity in real time. All members of our organization utilize monday.com.

  • Pricing is not ideal for small organizations as its set by groups and not individual seats.
  • Limited integration "actions" unless willing to pay for higher tiers.

  • Time reporting and management has been made easier
As a lean organization with little in the way of administrative support, monday.com is a very easy to use application that provides a large number of templates and features that make setting up our project boards quick and easy. This ease of use has increased our productivity and made adoption simple as we onboard new members to our organization or within our teams.
I don't often utilize customer support but have found them to be responsive in a reasonable time when their assistance has been required. There are a number of async help options and tutorials that have responded to many of our questions and challenges without the need to engage in live help.
It is important that our project management software is up and available when our team needs to access it, especially when your contributors are spread across the globe and may work non-traditional hours. We have never had an issue with reliability or uptime of monday.com and have found its performance exceptional as far as "working as designed."

monday.com has been great at managing multiple, complex projects across various team members both inside and outside our organization. The time tracking functionality has come in particular handy given our industry. There are a number of tutorials and live trainings available on a regular basis that have contributed greatly to our ability to build out the platform as needed. There are also a large number of helpful templates that regularly simplify our set-up process. The only struggle we have had is with the pricing had tiers as a smaller organization. To get the seats needed and the pricing can be challenging especially given that this is a space with a number of well known competitors (like Trello, Asana, etc.).
