Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

We use monday.com for various reasons. We generally use these for our work orders and we use them to track our projects and make sure we are on track with those. We want to continue expanding this product to all employees so that communication is transparent with dashboards. This will eliminate trying to rely on people giving email updates to staff on current projects.

This has great functionality but our employees are still not used to using systems to update their work. A lot of these software are not used to their full potential but the goal for us is having employees use this as best to their ability. We would love to explore the full capability of all its functions.
Luckily we have not had a ton of need to call customer support for issues. We have a rep that we contact for any bigger questions regarding users or board setups. They are very helpful, but we have not used it to its full potential so we have not had that much need for customer service support.
This has worked really well for me as I am a project coordinator for the clinic which means that one of my important tasks is making sure that our stakeholders know exactly where we are in our projects. This eliminates the need for me to rely on email communication to inform of the status of the project.

Yes

This is great for any forms that we create either for internal purposes or external purposes. This eliminates the need to contract additional software or tracking systems to track external and internal requests. This works amazingly for our facilities department on tracking their work orders from our staff. Another things would be for our surveys.
