Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I primarily use it to gather information on products and projects. My co workers organize and input data which then allows me to find project information easier. Really love how folder organization works with this platform, allowing us to drag and drop everything from floor plans to receiving paperwork. The chat system is a nice addition as well.

Pros

  • Can create job boards that lets us build a collaborative workspace where you can categorize information using columns, items, and groups.
  • You can connect several boards to get a high-level report using widgets.
  • The filter system is super detailed and customizable which I thing is so great.

Cons

  • I currently do not run into any road blocks or functionality issues
  • I'd say time management would be the biggest impact. Requires a lot of input upfront but saves time and energy in the long run.
All features and add ons are easy to use. Mostly it's user interface is why I score monday.com as a 10. Tools and software can be great but doesn't not help you or your team unless it is easy for everyone to integrate to and use.
I personally haven't had to use customer service or any type of support but from what my co workers say it is spot on.
Never had an issue with connectivity through the website or app. I'd say it is working really well and would describe monday.com's as extremely efficient.
