we really have not use support. we usulay can find what we need threw FAQ and youtube.

they overall performance works great there is some lag in connecting but that could be on our part.

they way we use Monday in our engineering department helps us keep track and notify team members when they have a assignment to be completed. if there are any notes we can easily communicate them through Monday.
