Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is where my projects are assigned to me. Progress updates are supplied by me for fellow workers and managers to know the status of each project I'm working on. Notes are added to projects and assigned to specific people when the approval process has begun and input can be added from the mgmt team. Images of artwork can be uploaded for mgmt. to approve or critique. It's super beneficial when it's a team project and everyone is updating status' so we know whether we'll hit our deadline on time.

Pros

  • Keeps Specific Groups/Projects organized
  • Notification emails when a project you're assigned is updated
  • the interface is super easy to navigate

Cons

  • I'd like to be able to see the notes all at once without having to click on them individually
  • have a way to show a list of collaborators vs just showing their user icon
  • I think it's helped employees meet deadlines
  • It's for sure helped communication within specific projects
we use monday.com. But I honestly think our company could probably utilize it more than we do. I think we barely skim the surface of all the templates that are available. But for the things we do use it for...it's amazing
It's helped some things work more smoothly and in other day of quick turn graphics slowed down the process.

I think it's well suited for team collaborations and knowing where each team member is on their specific progress timeline. In my experience, scenarios where it's less useful are for quick turn around graphics, it fills up our queue and makes it hard to navigate what needs to be done and how quickly it needs to get done.
