Orchestration intricate details at the individual order level across multiple departments was becoming difficult for a fast-growing company. Using Monday.com has allowed visibility and quick action to meet our customer needs in real time.

- Allows attachment of documents, eliminating the use of email
- Instant notifications of Task Assignments
- Creation of Custom Feilds needed to communicate the task

- Monday.com has allowed us to delegate warehouse time based on the days tasks
- Monday.com has allowed us to keep tasks in one place rather than email, which would get messy or lost
- Monday.com allows us to see the progress on projects instead interrupting the team to ask for a status update
Monday.com is in real time with notifications which allows our team to pivot in real time as well.
