Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to have a central place for the progress of different projects and exchange updates in real time.

Pros and Cons

Pros

keeps all projects organized.
Allows us to upload any documents or photos as needed and allow for people to be appropriately noted relative to their respected assignments.

Usability

I have been able to better situate how I follow the process needed for completing a project. I am also able to have a reference for current managers of each project.

I think my team appreciates have a place we can all stay current on the status of each project, whether it be one we are working on or just may have the ability to pull information from. So, I'd say it is growing on us as we learn more about its capabilities

Reliability & Availability

I think between the templates and colors, it makes things very easy to designate. Whether it be categories in a chart or identifying co-workers on projects.
