Use Cases and Deployment Scope

monday.com is great for organizing the day to day tasks, I use it to assign task to my ccrs and to keep track if it has been taken care of we also use it to keep track of estimates that are out, AR, and customer issues so less falls through the cracks.

helps with communication within a company leaving a document of task and makes things easy to follow up on exp:
need to order part for job we put the name of the job in the system under the parts board once it ordered we change the status to ordered and the date to when it should be in once it's in assist will alert scheduling though the task so we can get it on the books.
