  • Made our creative turnaround time way quicker and more efficient and cost-effective with less edit requests from internal and external stakeholders
  • Better internal communication and tracking
  • Better management of documents and files
It's extremely usable and intuitive. Our team has several training materials we give new-hires to familiarize themselves with monday.com and they are able to pick it up and dive into the tool very quickly. This minimizes our training time and allows new team members to make an impact sooner rather than later.
While I have never had to ask for customer support, my teammates have always said monday.com does this incredibly well.
Features are quick -- our automations work in seconds. When a creative request is complete, we hit our status to "ready for social media" and then it moves to the social media board. Same with copywriting, and other boards. Efficient.
