Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com helps us stay on top of current and upcoming campaigns as well as keeps our contacts and content organized. We love the visual interface and the ability to communicate about certain items we are working on so followup is clear and timely. It helps us work efficiently and effectively on a daily basis.

Pros

  • Visually organize work
  • Keeps communication on topic and archived so we can refer back easily
  • Can see progress at a glance
  • Stores files for each project so they are accessible when we need them

Cons

  • We would love to be able to tab over to the next blank in a sub item instead of needing to click in each box before typing
  • It would be great if it was easier to store and add outside contacts to a board and be able to click a button to add contact information from one board onto our main board of contact info. It would also be beneficial to be able to have an automation that adds them to Mailchimp.
  • I haven’t looked at any concrete info on this for us. We have tried other solutions, but came back to monday.com because It has been the best way that we have found to stay organized and on top of tasks.
It’s pretty much exactly what we need, but wish we can move from one box to the next without clicking every time. We also haven’t found a good solution for storing contacts except for creating a board just for names, businesses, and email addresses.
It works great! Sometimes we have to refresh that page because items don’t always show up in real time, but overall it works well for us.
