Our team uses monday.com in a variety of ways. I use it to track our employee data and projects.

Pros

  • Helps organize my data
  • Alerts me when projects are due, almost due, over due
  • Form, charts, files
  • SOPS
  • New employee library

Cons

  • I can't think of anything
  • It saves staff time not to mention frustration. monday.com makes it easy for staff to self serve
It easy to use, even for me!
I never contacted customer support.
It's perfect for our teams. We tested a number of similar platforms and we are glad we chose monday.com.
