Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

I use Monday.com to track what companies I've reached to and who our clients are. This job would be close to impossible without Monday.com due to the large number of companies in the cell and gene therapy space. Having 1 easy-to-use space to keep notes on which companies are relevant, who I've reached to, and the responses I have received in return is invaluable.

Pros

  • Easy viewing
  • Great organization. I love that I can color code groups and that there are so many column categories to utilize.
  • Keeps me connected to my coworkers and prevents us from targeting the same companies.

Cons

  • I would love if the notes section could be larger. Like if 1 item could take up multiple lines so you aren't just seeing the preview.
  • Increased employee communication and collaboration.
  • Increased transparency.
  • Time saving by easily scheduling my day and tracking tasks.
I was able to use Monday.com without any tutorial. It is extremely self explanatory and easy to use.
I have not had to use customer support but it sounds good.
Monday.com features all seem to work as they should. I haven't had a problem yet.

This is great for sales, especially if you aren't directly working with a colleague in person.
