Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com to manage and plan R&D projects and standard project development. It assists us in tracking timelines as well as keeping the teams on track with the task management functions. Sprint Planning is a breeze.

Usability

I give monday.com a 9 because they are a Fantastic UI but some of the templates are difficult to find or need to be modified. I have taken to just building my own templates better suited to the teams we work with which is fantastic and super easy to use if you have the time to build them. But once they are built then you save them and they are available for all future projects and super easy to pull from and set up for our new project.

Support Rating

I have never had to use the support function or reach out to customer service but I have gone to their help page and have always found the answers I need in there without even having to reach out to talk to another person.

Reliability & Availability

I have used several different work management software's and monday.com is BY FAR the easiest and most customizable to my teams needs. They are a great tool that my team was able to adopt quickly with very little down time when switching to them. I don't foresee us switching to anyone else anytime soon.

monday.com is a fantastic interface for specific project management tasks. Its harder to us when one team is working on multiple projects at a time and managing that team together while working off separate boards can be cumbersome at times.
