Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
As a HR team we were spending a lot of time on administrative functions, like notifying people of approvals/changes in start dates etc, through email. As the market changed, we needed to spend more time on strategic initiatives and working directly with employees and candidates. monday.com has allowed us to automate much of our recruitment request and onboarding communications. monday.com has also allowed managers a view into what is happening in their open positions and to make comments. Because we work out of many systems, data has always been difficult for us. However the Dashboard on monday.com allows us to share real time data into our talent acquisition activities.
- Notifies users on updates/changes etc.
- Dashboards to show data in a engaging, real time fashion
- Data integrity - only certain info can go in fields.
- Audit to see exactly who made changes.
- Additional automation I would like to see includes adding sublines automatically when something happens.
- Allowing groups in one board to have different fields.
- Dashboard - ability to get more granular with data (time to fill by recruiter etc)
- Allowed our HR Team to manage additional functions without adding to staff.
- Better communication and view into open positions.
- HR Employee Satisfaction - less manual steps.
We have had no issues with the features not working as designed. We have an old outlook so it doesnt integrate for us, but other than that it works as expected.
