Overall Satisfaction with monday.com
Aside from utilizing monday.com for project management for our active users, we also utilize monday.com for Active Daily Management (ADM) as well as real time tracking of our daily metrics across all of our 20+ markets. We have daily data fed into monday.com through an API service where we have numerous dashboards built to display the graphic detail for each of our metrics. Active Daily Management allows us to escalate from one urgency level to another with connected boards and dashboards.

- Team collaboration and an additional level of communication
- Formula column results being able to be read as a number so that these formulas/calculations can be used in the dashboards
- additional types of charts, etc. available in dashboards
- time savings have been incredible
- easier setup for project management boards by utilizing templates
Ability to not only feed data into boards on a daily basis, the import feature has allowed us to develop this workflow even further.
