Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

Within my team we have a variety of use cases and monday.com enables us to cover those with focus on product, programme and project management but also event management too.
Our business problem was a task management tool that needed to provide greater flexibility and simplistic UX for non-development teams and users when comparing to Jira (which was previously the only offering)

  • Team documentation (inc. Meeting notes or wiki)
  • Integrations to other SaaS

Cons

  • Flexibility within automation statements (e.g. AND OR conditions)
  • More flexibility in managing/editing automations within workspaces
  • AND/OR conditions for board filtering
  • Time saved on automated item creation
  • Templates save time on board creation
  • Employee onboarding process sped up and more transparent
  • Greater business goal alignment for product features
monday.com is a tool that you can keep as simplistic (utilising pre-made templates, blank boards) or make as complex (custom automations, templates etc.). For either use case the tool can be picked up and used by any digital literacy level it is that simplistic.
I have not ever found myself waiting for long periods to receive a response from either monday.com's support team or our dedicated Customer Support team!
monday.com has drastically improved our regular workflows. It has identified how some of our current tooling (such as Confluence and Jira) no longer feels fit for purpose compared to the features and design that we get with monday.com.

monday.com provides transparency from a variety of levels from high level Enterprise, to Division Groups and all the way down to the lower team levels. OKRs can be elevated to all levels of the company and linked down to the granular task level management where you can link all relevant information, file attachment and encourage asynchronous updates through comments on items/subitems.
