Overall Satisfaction with monday.com

monday.com is an essential tool to the way we function. Many of our previous Excel functions have been brought into monday.com to become automated and allow for extension of processes.

monday.com is very intuitive and easy to understand. Scalable to the knowledge of the user, the program has the ability to be simplistic or overly involved. It has a functionality that any user can conform to with minimal training and time invested.
Customer support has always responded within the promised timelines and had been extremely thorough in their troubleshooting. Tickets were escalated to development in a timely manner as well.
monday.com has been a game changer in or organization. Truly living up to the name of work management software, the platform functions in almost all aspects of our company. monday.com has become indispensable from our company.

Almost anything in Excel can be bright over, except those that are extremely formula based. Anything survey based. Anything that pulls information from form input and data analytics/charts
