Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use monday.com for managing a large amount of tasks and projects from clients. The product helps us with priority, efficiency, organisation etc

Usability

There are some areas of the platform that need to be simplified and features like recurring tasks that require paid for 3rd party apps to manage. Why isn’t monday.com improving this themselves?

We meet with our CSM once month, he’s new to the business so not overly knowledgeable as yet and requires a lot of email follow ups after speaking to more senior team members internally. Would be great to get someone more senior to manage our account as there is a lot we need help with.

Reliability & Availability

Overall it’s been a positive experience so far but since we’ve received access to the platform, support from monday.com has been limited

ClickUp

I actually found ClickUp easier to use and they had better features for recurring tasks
