Overall Satisfaction with Monster.com

As a technical recruiter Monster.com is one of the best platforms I use almost all day to search for various candidates who are looking for various jobs in Information technology or Non-IT. It provides the best quality resumes. In Monster.com as a recruiter we got the option to look for candidates in different locations while the person is looking for full-time opportunity or part-time. It somehow plays a most important role in my day to day recruiting life and I will highly recommend Monster.com to other recruiters as well to use it on daily basis to get better results in their careers.

  • Please update in showing results from recently updated resumes to past updated while someone enters some keywords.

I started using Monster.com in my initial days of recruiting and the UI of Monster.com is much interactive and user friendly. While using CareerBuilder.com I faced many issues while sorting profiles location-wise and keyword-wise so there is no comparison between Monster.com and other portals, but as I mentioned previously getting the same profiles sometimes makes things annoying to be honest.

While using Monster.com in everyday recruiting it gives wide options to look for candidates. Sometimes it happens that while I thought that a profile might be fake, seeing those profiles with company started and review the thoughts change completely and somehow the problem is resolved in Monster.com only. So it's highly recommend by me to other recruiters to sort profiles through Monster.com only.
